1.

Introduction

DJNL Solutions is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Policy applies to the DJNL Solutions website, browser extensions, hosted applications, software-as-a-service offerings, application programming interfaces, user authentication systems, analytics tooling, support channels, and any related products or services that link to or reference this policy.

This Privacy Policy describes what information may be collected, the purposes for which the information is used, the legal bases relied upon where applicable, the circumstances in which information may be disclosed, the retention and security practices that may apply, and the rights available to users under applicable privacy laws. By accessing or using the services, users acknowledge that their information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

2.

Information We Collect

A. Information Provided by Users

DJNL Solutions may collect information that users provide directly when they create an account, contact support, submit forms, install or configure a service, use authenticated features, participate in surveys, or otherwise communicate with DJNL Solutions. This information may include name, email address, account credentials, profile information, support requests and messages, user-submitted content, uploaded files, form inputs, product configuration data, and feedback or survey responses.

Where a service includes collaboration, document generation, automation, note-taking, prompts, or other input-based workflows, user-submitted content may include text, files, URLs, metadata, settings, project data, and related content supplied through the product interface, extension interface, API request, or support channels.

DJNL Solutions does not currently collect or process payment card information or billing card details directly. If billing functionality is introduced in the future, payment data may be processed by a separate payment processor under that provider's terms and privacy disclosures.

B. Automatically Collected Information

When users access the services, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically. This may include IP address, approximate geolocation derived from IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, device type, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, feature usage events, clickstream data, session and activity logs, application state changes, performance metrics, error logs, crash reports, cookie identifiers, local storage identifiers, session storage values, and extension telemetry related to operational events.

Automatically collected information is used to operate the services, maintain uptime and reliability, diagnose defects, investigate abuse, measure usage, improve user experience, support security monitoring, and understand how users interact with product features across websites, applications, APIs, and extensions.

C. Browser Extension Data Collection

Where DJNL Solutions offers a Chrome or browser extension, the extension may collect or access data necessary to provide its core functionality. Depending on the feature set enabled by the user, this may include active tab information, visited URLs, page titles, page metadata, page content segments selected or acted upon by the user, interaction events within the extension, clipboard access initiated by the user, browser local storage usage, browser sync storage usage, extension configuration data, authentication tokens, and permission-scoped technical data required to execute extension actions.

Extension-related data may be stored locally in the user's browser, including local storage or sync storage, when required to preserve settings, session state, workflow history, preferences, or extension behavior. Certain extension data may also be transmitted to backend services when remote processing, account synchronization, feature fulfillment, diagnostics, abuse prevention, or authenticated product functions require server-side handling. Data collected through browser extensions is limited to functionality described within the service and is not collected for unrelated advertising purposes.

DJNL Solutions does not sell personal data. DJNL Solutions does not use collected data for unrelated advertising purposes. Information accessed through a browser extension is used only to provide requested features, maintain service security, support troubleshooting, or comply with applicable law. Unless a feature specifically requires transmission to backend systems, extension data may remain stored locally on the user's device. Where backend transmission occurs, the transfer is limited to the minimum information reasonably necessary for the requested feature.

DJNL Solutions may use extension permissions to access active tabs, URLs, page metadata, clipboard contents, storage, tokens, or related browser data solely for feature execution, configuration persistence, security validation, or user-requested automation. Such information is not sold, is not disclosed for unrelated marketing, and is not shared except as described in this Privacy Policy.

3.

How We Use Information

DJNL Solutions may use collected information to provide and maintain core product functionality, provision accounts, authenticate users, manage sessions, personalize product settings, enable browser extension features, process API requests, synchronize data across devices or services, generate outputs requested by users, provide customer support, respond to inquiries, improve feature performance, detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce applicable terms, investigate incidents, monitor service health, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights, safety, and systems of DJNL Solutions and its users.

Usage information, analytics data, logs, and diagnostic records may be used to understand adoption trends, assess service reliability, evaluate feature quality, reduce errors, prioritize engineering improvements, and support internal reporting on operational performance.

Where a service includes artificial intelligence, machine learning, summarization, automation, classification, generation, or similar functionality, submitted content may be processed using internal AI systems or third-party AI providers to provide the requested feature, generate a response, transform content, or support product functionality. Such processing is limited to feature delivery, reliability, security, or service improvement purposes that are consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

4.

Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions that require a lawful basis for processing, DJNL Solutions may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Consent: where a user has affirmatively agreed to specific processing activities, such as certain optional communications, cookies, or feature-specific data access where consent is required by law.
  • Contractual necessity: where processing is necessary to provide the services requested by the user, create and administer accounts, authenticate access, deliver extension features, respond to API requests, or perform obligations under applicable terms.
  • Legitimate interests: where processing is reasonably necessary for product improvement, service administration, analytics, fraud prevention, abuse detection, information security, incident response, and business operations, provided those interests are not overridden by data protection rights.
  • Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, lawful requests, court orders, tax rules, accounting obligations, or regulatory requirements.

5.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

DJNL Solutions may use cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics technologies, browser extension storage mechanisms, and similar technical tools to recognize sessions, preserve settings, maintain login state, support navigation, store security preferences, remember feature selections, measure performance, detect abuse, and understand how the services are used.

Cookies and similar technologies may be first-party or provided through integrated service providers. In extension environments, storage mechanisms may include browser-managed storage areas such as local storage and sync storage. These technologies may store pseudonymous identifiers, preference values, feature state data, session information, and operational metadata.

Users may disable or restrict cookies through browser settings or privacy controls. Users may also clear local storage, session storage, or extension storage through browser management tools. If cookies or related storage mechanisms are disabled, some product functions, authentication flows, preference retention, analytics-backed diagnostics, or extension capabilities may not operate properly.

6.

Browser Extension Permissions Disclosure

DJNL Solutions designs browser extension permissions to support only the core functionality of the extension. Permissions are not used for unauthorized surveillance, browsing history is not sold, and access to user data is limited to the functionality reasonably necessary to perform the feature initiated by the user.

activeTab

This permission may be used to access the currently active tab when the user triggers an extension action. It allows the extension to read the current page context, selected content, or tab metadata only for the active tab and only to execute a feature the user requested.

tabs

This permission may be used to read tab URLs, titles, or tab state and to create, update, or manage tabs when a product feature requires opening pages, restoring sessions, organizing workflows, or performing user-directed browser actions.

storage

This permission is used to store user preferences, extension settings, local state, cached values, workflow data, and other configuration information necessary for the extension to function consistently between sessions.

scripting

This permission may be used to inject or execute scripts in tabs where the extension must modify page behavior, analyze page context, capture user-directed content, or provide on-page functionality that cannot operate from the extension popup alone.

identity

This permission may be used to authenticate the user with supported identity providers, obtain account access tokens, manage login state, and link extension features to an authenticated user account where account-based functionality is offered.

clipboardRead

This permission may be used when a feature requires reading clipboard contents after a user action, such as importing copied data, processing selected text, or assisting with workflow automation explicitly triggered by the user.

clipboardWrite

This permission may be used to copy generated text, URLs, commands, results, or other extension outputs to the clipboard when the user requests a copy action or when copying is required by a core workflow feature.

webRequest

This permission may be used to observe or handle network requests where the extension must validate requests, support security functions, detect request failures, or enable network-aware features integral to the extension's operation. It is not used to conduct unrelated traffic surveillance.

Host Permissions

Host permissions may be used to allow the extension to run on specified websites, interact with page content, capture page metadata, or perform site-specific actions. Access is limited to authorized domains and only for functionality clearly associated with the extension's features.

Where these permissions permit access to URLs, page content, metadata, tokens, clipboard content, or storage, the access is limited to what is needed for feature execution, account handling, support diagnostics, or security functions. Permission-based data may be stored locally, transmitted to backend systems where necessary to complete the requested service, or shared with contracted infrastructure providers as part of service delivery. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated advertising.

7.

Sharing of Information

DJNL Solutions may share information with hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, logging and monitoring vendors, AI providers used for feature delivery, customer support tools, content delivery providers, database providers, and other service providers that support the operation, security, maintenance, or performance of the services.

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, counterparties in a transaction, or legal authorities where disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or defend against claims.

DJNL Solutions does not sell personal data. Information sharing is limited to operational necessity, security, business continuity, or legal compliance. Service providers are expected to process information only on documented instructions and only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the services requested from them.

8.

Data Retention

DJNL Solutions retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain accounts, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, enforce contractual arrangements, maintain business and security records, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the category of data, the sensitivity of the information, the nature of the product feature, whether the user maintains an active account, the need to preserve logs for fraud detection or security review, the existence of unresolved support matters, and any statutory, regulatory, tax, accounting, or litigation hold requirements.

Users may request deletion of their information, subject to verification and applicable exceptions. When an account is deleted or a deletion request is approved, DJNL Solutions may remove or anonymize relevant data from active systems within a reasonable period. Certain information may remain in backups, disaster recovery systems, security logs, or archival records for limited periods where technically necessary or legally required. Some data may be retained where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

9.

Data Security

DJNL Solutions uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Such safeguards may include HTTPS, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, access controls, authentication controls, least-privilege access practices, environment segregation, logging, monitoring systems, vulnerability management practices, service hardening, and infrastructure security measures maintained by internal teams and service providers.

Security controls are designed to reduce risk, but no method of transmitting information over the Internet and no method of storing information electronically is completely secure. Accordingly, DJNL Solutions cannot guarantee absolute security, and users should exercise appropriate care when deciding what information to submit through the services.

10.

International Data Transfers

DJNL Solutions and its service providers may operate infrastructure, personnel, contractors, systems, or subprocessors in multiple countries. As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions other than the user's country of residence, including jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws.

Where international transfers are subject to legal restrictions, DJNL Solutions will implement safeguards required by applicable law, which may include contractual protections, transfer impact assessments, supplementary measures, or other recognized transfer mechanisms.

11.

User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may have the right to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of personal information, request data portability, object to certain processing, restrict processing in specific circumstances, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Users in the European Union and European Economic Area may have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act or related California privacy laws, where applicable, including rights to know, access, delete, correct, and receive information about categories of personal information collected and disclosed, subject to statutory limitations and verification requirements.

To exercise privacy rights, request account deletion, withdraw consent, or submit a data access request, users should contact DJNL Solutions using the contact information provided below. DJNL Solutions may request additional information to verify the identity and authority of the requestor before fulfilling a request.

12.

Children's Privacy

The services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and DJNL Solutions does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If DJNL Solutions becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, DJNL Solutions will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

13.

Third-Party Services

DJNL Solutions may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as Google Analytics, Firebase, authentication providers, cloud hosting providers, infrastructure providers, AI providers, external APIs, support platforms, and similar operational vendors. These third-party services may process information on behalf of DJNL Solutions or receive data directly in connection with the service function they provide.

Third-party services may maintain their own privacy policies, contractual terms, and operational practices. DJNL Solutions does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services except to the extent those services act as processors under applicable agreements. Users should review the privacy policies of relevant third-party providers where appropriate.

14.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

DJNL Solutions may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the services, applicable law, product functionality, vendor relationships, security practices, or operational requirements. When updates are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
